Return/Refund Policy
Classes/Workshops/Seminars Refunds: No refunds will be given. Makeup sessions are available on a case-by-case basis. Emergencies related to death in family, contracting a contagious illness or injury to Client or Client’s family deem appropriate. Client must reach out to Company in a timely manner (24 hours) before start time unless emergency is at hand.
Products and Merchandise Returns/Refunds:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged or altered.
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund of merchandise. Please email neci@whatsshecreating.com for refund requests. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Nonreturnable items:
-Gift Cards
-Downloadable software or patterns
-Items on sale or clearance
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return in approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Client is also responsible for return shipping of product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refunds after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at neci@whatsshecreating.com.
