Project Choices include:
Level 1- (A bit above Beginner) Basic gathered skirt, pajama shorts, wide leg elastic waist pants, halter top, Sleeveless duster.
Level 2- (Sewist)- Bucket bag, Tunic Top, Hoodie, Romper, etc.
Students will learn a new technique each class. Each class will choose the same project for completion.
Class 1: Pattern Layout and Instructions: Students will learn the basics of working with patterns as they complete class project. Students will discover tools and notions related to pattern layout. Student will work on sewing project.
Class 2: Casings. Students will learn the basics of working with casings and why they are utilized. Students will discover sewing tools and notions related to casings. Students will complete a sewing project with casings.
Class 3: Hems 101. Students will learn the basics of hems as they complete project in class #1. Students will discover sewing tools and notions related to hems. Students will complete a project in which a hem may be required a waist or bottom of garment.
HOMEWORK MAY BE REQUIRED TO FINISH GARMENTS AT CLASS END.

• 👨👩👧👦 Group Size: Private workshop with a maximum of 6 participants

• In-class Sewing machines, sewing tools and some fabrics are included. Feel free to bring your sewing machine.
Prerequisite: Ability to thread sewing machine independently. Ability to sew a straight line, curves and squares without assistance or Beginner Adult Sewing Workshop.

Equipment
Having a sewing machine at home is preferred, though a class set of machines are available. It is not necessary but is convenient. Instructor is available to assist with this process.

🔄 Makeup Class Policy: WSC deems emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Emergencies include related death in family, contracting a contagious illness or injury to Client or Client's family members. In this case rescheduling services is appropriate. Client must reach out to Creative Consultant in a timely manner (24 hours before seminar or workshop start time.)
