Sew Life Sewing Kids Camp

Dates: June 19-22, 2023 (M-TH) and June 26-29, 2023. (M-TH)

Times: 10:00 AM-1:00 PM

Ages: 8-14

Price: $210 (Total of 12 hours). Sign up for individual days at daily rate of $65 per day.

Location: 3480 E. Main Street, College Park, GA 30337 (St. John's Episcopal Church).

Camp Size: 8 maximum per session.

Child will need to bring a lunck/snack and drink daily.

Thursday: Bandanas & Hair Accessories

June 26-29- Week 2 Session Projects:

Monday: Pillowcase creations & Sleep masks

Tuesday: Fold over zipper clutch bag

Wednesday: Simple skirt

Thursday: Beret Hat

10 AM- Morning Meeting & Daily Schedule Rundown

10:15 AM-Learn to Sew Techniques or Review or Start Project

10:45 AM-Sewing Session #1-Project of the Day

11:45 AM-Lunch/Snack Break

12:00 PM-Sewing Session #2-Finish Project of the Day

12:50 PM-Afternoon Review & Rundown

1:00 PM-Dismissal

GENERAL INFORMATION:

All Supplied included! Sewing Machine, Basic Sewing Kit, Notions, Fabric, Pillow Fluff are included in class fee. Feel Free to bring 1 yard of cotton fabric for projects.

No prior experience is required! This workshop will enhance beginner skills in sewing. Participants will leave the workshop with an understanding of basic sewing machine skills, knowledge of basic sewing tools, basic troubleshooting techniques and easy take away projects.

We hold general liability insurance for educating children at St. John's Episcopal Church.
