Art Encounters are small, indoor or outdoor art experiences lead by a host. We host private parties and corporate events!



What is an Art Encounter?

Enjoy an atmosphere of flow in a small, outdoor art experience. In this encounter clients will enjoy good music and create a custom art project at regular sized or boho low tables. This experience may be enjoyed inside or outside.

What is included in an Art Encounter?

Depending on the package selected encounters may include seating, table decor, supplies for the art project and the assistance of host with the flow of the art project.

Do you offer ADD-ON services?

Yes, we offer the following add-on services at this time.

Snacks, Fruits & Drinks (non-alcoholic beverages). At this time we do not offer Alcohol or Wine services. This item is at the will of the client.

What is the process of scheduling an Art Encounter?

Fill out the form after clicking the BOOK NOW button. The form includes basic intake information including the proposed date of choice, number of participants, project choice and contact information. Host will reach out
within 36 hours of form submission for further arrangements.

What to do if bad weather occurs (outdoor Boho Art Encounter)?

Host will be in contact with client if bad weather is permitting. Client has the option to move the Art Encounter indoors on the date of service or reschedule the event within three months of cancelled date.

When do I pay? Cancellations?

A refundable 50% deposit is needed to reserve the date of service. Deposit may be refunded if event is cancelled 10 days before service date. The final 50% deposit is due three days before service date.
